The inspection and refurbishment process is the foundation of our quality assurance system.
Every used telecom device—whether RRU, BBU, or Baseband unit—goes through a comprehensive technical evaluation and professional restoration before resale.
Our goal is to ensure that each unit performs as reliably as new, providing maximum value to our customers.
When the equipment arrives at our facility, our technicians perform a thorough visual inspection to identify any visible issues:
Structural integrity (no cracks, dents, or corrosion)
Connector condition (optical, power, and RF ports)
Label and serial number verification
Signs of water, dust, or excessive wear
Only devices in physically sound condition proceed to electrical testing.
Units that show physical damage are isolated for spare parts recovery or specialized repair.
Each unit undergoes a series of functional tests using original or compatible vendor test platforms (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, or ZTE).
The following parameters are checked:
Power-on self-test and voltage verification
Communication and synchronization with baseband systems
RF transmission and reception performance
VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) and impedance test
CPRI/OBSAI optical link verification
Alarm and indicator LED functionality
All results are recorded in the Device Quality Report for traceability.
If any component fails to meet test standards, it is professionally repaired or replaced by certified engineers.
We use original spare parts or OEM-approved replacements, ensuring performance consistency.
Typical maintenance includes:
Power amplifier module replacement
Transceiver or duplexer recalibration
Cooling system cleaning and fan replacement
Circuit board soldering and reflow
After testing and repair, the device undergoes a complete refurbishment process, including:
Exterior cleaning with anti-static materials
Rust removal, repainting (if required), and corrosion prevention
Replacement of damaged connectors, screws, or brackets
Application of new model and inspection labels
This ensures the product is professionally restored both internally and externally.
Once refurbishment is complete, the equipment is re-tested under load conditions.
Each unit must pass a 72-hour burn-in test at controlled temperature and voltage levels.
After passing, it is marked as “Qualified” and a Test Report is attached to the unit.
The report includes:
Model and serial number
Test date and engineer ID
Key measurement results (output power, VSWR, current draw, etc.)
Equipment condition (A / A- / B Grade classification)
Only equipment that passes all inspection and refurbishment stages is approved for sale.
Defective or substandard units are recycled or used for parts, ensuring zero defective delivery.
This rigorous process guarantees that all our telecom hardware meets original manufacturer performance standards, offering reliability and confidence to our global clients.
